Morning Fuel 💪



In this vast land there are many people who all suffer from it. And the main reason which causes all these is that you are not intaking your daily Morning Fuel. Wait what is this 'Daily morning fuel' - this is actually all the habits which you must do in your morning but you barely do it.

Let's see what are the main components or these habits are which have turned the life some dead common people to become a legend:-




1.Become an Early Riser



The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up.


Now we hear this phrase very often from lot of people and what we do we just ignore it. Why they always say that? What are it's benefits?



According to a research it's found that the prefrontal cortex (the front part of brain which is responsible for Planning and thinking and for many other behavior) does not work in morning yes it's true. Thus in morning it's the time when we are stress free and we are in good mo


And if you start anything productive in good mood it will definitely give you positive results.




2. Silence

Silence is a source of great strength.

How many of you start your day with the thoughts -> "O shit I wake 5 minute late" , "Ok so I can start my work after half an hour" or "What's there on Facebook or any mail for me?".... If that's how you start your day than your into danger⚠️.


When the start of your day is with such stressful thoughts how cannot your day be stressful? These are not correct ways you must start your day with peace you can hear birds chirping, sound of wind or even can just start day by some fresh air.

When you will start your work with all these good habits you yourself will observe that how easy everything is for you. You can achieve anything.


3. Eliminate the bad

We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.

Eliminate the bad huh so what it is? Let's understand it by a situation


For once in our whole life we have seen the situation that after a great tasty meal some particle of that food is stuck in our tooth. Have you observed what happens at that time? 5. Reading 

A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies . . . The man who never reads lives only one.

Reading is the habit oops sorry!! It's actually your only true friend which will help you to grow to that extent of life that you have not imagine. 


This is the most important thing that you must do in morning. By reading it doesn't mean that you read only self help books No you can read whatever you whatever suits you or whatever excites you.


Reading has lot of things to give you for free. It's so advance but the most easiest process to reduce your stress and anxiety level. It can even make you the creator of innovative ideas. 



6. Planning

A goal without a plan is just a wish.

Daily planning is something that one phrase that one have often heard from our parents, teacher's, successful people, at TEDx specially. But have you ever thought that why they emphasis so much to plan your work? May be no.


There are plethora of examples in history that proves that people and even kingdoms fails because they don't have any proper plan that what they have to do in future. 


Planning helps you to organize your work and assures that it gets completed within the scheduled time. Success rate of a planned person increases by thousands of times.


It's never too late to start something productive. So start it today.
